simple scandiNAVIA

Sometimes all we need is a little simplicity right? :) I love this floorplan so much and even though it is only one floor, she is by no means little! We have 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, laundry, formal living area, family room, three indoor and one outdoor fireplaces, pool and huge front yard!

I built this on 50x50 lot in Granite Falls but feel free to place this anywhere you like - I think it would also look great in Windenburg. 

This is an unfurnished version but please remember to place it as furnished and have bb.moveobjects on to make sure you get all the beam work placed correctly. I used TOOL from TwistedMexi for the first time and had lots of fun with it.  

I also included the EA Textures Replacement from Tech Hippie and the Hidden Half Wall Trim as well. If you prefer the EA look, just remove these from the Mods folder and you are golden.

This house is mostly unfurnished but please place it as furnished in the game to make sure it appears the same as on the pictures. And she is a big one too - we have 7 bedrooms, pool house, garden shed, green house, pantry, walk in wardrobes, you name it! 

I built this on 64x64 lot in Windenburg but you could possibly squeeze it to a slightly smaller lot too! 

All mods are included in the download. I have also included couple of mods that overwrite EA textures - you can find them in the Tech-Hippie folder. I love these but if you prefer the Maxis look, feel free to remove them.
